Pengumuman Market Feedback Session Proyek KPBU Pengolahan Sampah
Kota Tangerang Selatan
Tim Proyek KPBU Tempat Pengolahan dan Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah Kota Tangerang Selatan (“Proyek”) bermaksud untuk mengundang badan usaha baik nasional maupun internasional untuk mengikuti sesi tanggapan pasar/market feedback session yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 12 dan 13 Mei 2022.
Peserta dapat memilih untuk menghadiri:
a. Sesi Pagi pada tanggal 12 Mei 2022 pukul 09.00 – 11.00 WIB untuk Badan Usaha dari wilayah Asia atau ;
b. Sesi Sore pada tanggal 13 Mei 2022 pukul 15.30 – 17.30 WIB untuk Badan Usaha dari wilayah Timur Tengah dan Eropa.
Proyek KPBU Pengolahan Sampah Kota Tangerang Selatan dilaksanakan berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 35 Tahun 2018 Percepatan Pembangunan Instalasi Pengolah Sampah Menjadi Energi Listrik Berbasis Teknologi Ramah Lingkungan dan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 38 Tahun 2015 tentang Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha dalam Penyediaan Infrastruktur dimana Proyek ini diprakarsai oleh Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan.
Tujuan dari Proyek adalah membangun sebuah fasilitas pengolahan dan pemrosesan sampah perkotaan yang berasal dari Kota Tangerang Selatan. Perkiraan sampah perkotaan yang diterima dan diproses oleh fasilitas adalah kurang lebih 800-1,000 ton/hari.
Ruang lingkup Proyek meliputi perancangan, pembangunan, pendanaan, pengoperasian, pemeliharaan, dan serah terima fasilitas kepada Pemerintah Kota Tangerang Selatan setelah berakhirnya masa operasi selama 20 (dua puluh) tahun. Pengadaan Proyek akan dilakukan melalui skema teknologi terbuka dengan perkiraan nilai Proyek sebesar Rp 1.700.000.000.000,00 (Satu Trilyun Tujuh Ratus Milyar Rupiah)/ 120 juta USD (Seratus Dua Puluh Juta Dolar Amerika).
Proyek akan mengajukan Dukungan Kelayakan dari Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia dan penjaminan pemerintah dari PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero).

Pendaftar tidak dapat mewakili lebih dari satu badan usaha.
Pendaftaran dapat dilakukan mulai tanggal 28 April dan akan ditutup pada tanggal 10 Mei 2022 pukul 23.59 WIB. Bahan informasi proyek dan informasi tautan Zoom untuk sesi tersebut akan dibagikan melalui tautan terpisah yang akan diberikan setelah registrasi.

The South Tangerang City Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project Team intends to invite national and international business entities to participate in the market feedback session for the South Tangerang Waste Treatment Project (”the Project”) to be held on 12 and 13 May, 2022.
Participants may choose to attend:
a. Morning Session on May 12, 2022 at 09.00 – 11.00 Jakarta time for Business Entities from the Asian region or;
b. Afternoon Session on May 13, 2022 at 15.30 – 17.30 Jakarta time for Business Entities from the Middle East and European region.
The South Tangerang Waste Treatment PPP Project is carried out based on Presidential Regulation No. 35 of 2018 regarding the acceleration of the development of waste to energy based on environmentally friendly technology and Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 Year 2015 concerning Government Cooperation with Business Entities in The Provision of Infrastructure where this Project was initiated by the South Tangerang City Government.
The objective of the Project is to develop a municipal solid waste processing and treatment facility originating from South Tangerang City. The estimated waste received and processed by the facility is approximately 800-1,000 tons / day.
The scope of the Project includes the design, construction, funding, operation, maintenance, and handover of facilities to the South Tangerang City Government after the expiration of the concession period for 20 (twenty) years. Project procurement will be carried out through an open technology scheme with an estimated Project value of Rp 1,700,000,000,000.00 (One Trillion Seven Hundred Billion Rupiah)/ 120 million USD (One Hundred and Twenty Million US Dollars).
The project will apply for government support in the form of Viability Gap Funding (VGF) support from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and government guarantees from Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF).

Registration is open from 28 April and will be closed on 10 May 2022 at 23.59 Jakarta time. Project information materials and Zoom link information for the session will be shared through a separate link that will be provided after registration.
